IFM has repositioned the former production site of the famed Gutenberg printing house as a modern, generously proportioned commercial park, with an innovative design and use concept. From roughly 15 % at the end of 2006, occupancy has grown to about 80 % in the meantime. With about 3,850 square meters, Telekom is one of the major tenants in GutenbergPark. The IFM Group sold the object in the first quarter of 2016.

The Zeilgalerie, one of the most known retail properties in Germany, was acquired by the IFM Immobilien AG in the summer of 2008. By that time the property was among the experts considered as not marketable. The IFM Immobilien AG developed together with the designers of 3deluxe (Wiesbaden, Germany) innovative plans for the renovation and repositioning of the brand. The new facade, which consists of a 260 sqm media screen was put into operation in November 2010. Equipped with over 42,000 LEDs the facade shows a variety of spectacular light forms and thus it is a new highlight at the Zeil in Frankfurt. The entire interior of the Zeilgalerie was completed at the beginning of 2012. The property was sold in 2013 to an investor group of RFR Holding GmbH.

The property "westendFirst", located in Frankfurts Westend, was built in the 70s. At the end of 2002 the property was empty. Among the experts of the real estate industry the property was considered as not marketable. The IFM Immobilien AG composed together with the Swiss architect Max Dudler a concept for the revitalization and repositioning of the property. IFM acquired the building in 2003 and led by a core renovation in just two years. A premium property in Frankfurt's Westend was created, which was, due to the extensive marketing activities, fully leased within only one year . Both, the building?s architecture and its overall concept won international recognition with a nomination for the 2008 MIPIM Award.
