Group

The IFM Group consists of IFM Immobilien AG and its subsidiaries. On the commercial real estate market, IFM is active as project developer, and here focuses primarily on office property and high-street retail property. The company's activities in this field concentrate on revitalising, restructuring and repositioning existing buildings as well as new project developments. The IFM Group is characterised by efficient structures and a high professional standard.

Group Structure (Status: 01/01/2018)

IFM Immobilien AG, in its role as group parent company of IFM, is responsible for the strategic control of the group, and acquires equity interests in project companies that own real estate or else were set up for the purpose of realising specific real estate projects. In additon the group parent company holds the operative business.

Project Companies

As a rule, each portfolio property belonging to the IFM Group is held through a dedicated project company, each of which is a subsidiary of IFM Immobilien AG. The properties are mainly financed on the level of the respective project company, which tends to assume additional guarantees.
